For 5 to 17 year olds equipping them with tools that will have a positive effect on :

  • their sleep and sports recovery
  • emotional self regulation
  • sports performance
  • the children’s mental health and well being
  • Improves classroom  focus and attention.

Age  appropriate approach split into the following age groups:

  • 5 to 8 year olds
  • 8 to 12 year olds
  • 12 to 17 year olds.

Benefits of Nasal Breathing:

  • Fighting infections
  • Boosting blood circulation, blood oxygen and carbon dioxide levels
  • Helping proper oxygen-carbon dioxide exchange during respiration
  • Improving oxygen quality, Improving athletic performance

Adults also benefit 

Breathing repatterning has been found to improve the quality of life and help with the following:

  • breathlessness
  • feeling tired during the day but have difficulty falling asleep at night
  • long covid
  • asthma
  • mouth breathers
  •  dry mouth upon waking and need a glass of water beside your bed at night
  • emotional self regulation.

Join for individual or group classes online and in person. Please note while practising breathe repatterning this will not be done by emptying of the mind , but by  mediating on God’s word
