My desire is to help all who are interested, to achieve the health and wellbeing through being intentional about how you steward your body.
Lifespan refers to the total number of years a person is expected to live from birth. It represents the estimated age in years that an individual will reach.
Healthspan, on the other hand, focuses on the number of years a person lives in good health, free from chronic diseases and disabilities. It represents the portion of life spent without health-related issues.
Unfortunately despite the healthcare advances many people are living a considerable portion of their life with chronic health conditions.
The gap between lifespan and health span is crucial . My aim is to help you optimise your health and live illness free for as long as possible!
It is not everyone who desires to go hiking, the aim is to be able to live and experience what you desire in life without your health holding you back from walking in God’s purpose and calling for you.
